Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 20% of the cost of scheduled service(s) no exceptions will be made. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or more prior to your appointment you may reschedule.
No Show Policy:
If you fail to arrive within 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time you will be charged an additional $10 added to your scheduled service(s). If you fail to arrive to your appointment after 15 minutes of your scheduled time you will be asked you reschedule and charged full price of the service(s) scheduled.
